Shuttle Bus Instructions / Terms of Service

You can catch the BBAT Whale Tour Shuttle bus from three pickup locations in Byron Bay - Elements of Byron, Byron Bay Bus Interchange or Crystalbrook Resort. Please see maps below and select your pickup location when making your booking.
Passengers must be ready to board the whale tour shuttle bus at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time that was booked.
Look out for the white mini bus with BBAT written on it.
BBAT will adhere to scheduled departure times but cannot accept responsibility for passengers failing to turn up or arriving after the scheduled departure time or after the shuttle bus has left. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

BBAT accepts no responsibility for failed pickups or problems arising from incorrect information entered into the online payment booking form. This includes incorrect shuttle pick up times, incorrect shuttle pickup date, incorrect pickup location or incorrect number of passengers. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
Any request for redirection or additional pickups will be refused as for the shuttle bus to be able to adhere to its strict shuttle schedule in relation to the whale watching tour schedule.
Passengers are responsible for their own items or goods and are carried entirely at their own risk on the shuttle bus. We do not except liability for damage or loss of any items or goods carried on the shuttle bus. If you are missing anything please contact us immediately.

Cancellations/Credits/Refunds

For any whale tour cancelled because of bad weather or dangerous ocean conditions BBAT will offer a credit for the shuttle bus for any rescheduled whale tour that you get rescheduled to.
For any whale tour shuttle bus cancellation, for any reason prior to 48 hours of your shuttle booking departure date and time there will be a $15.00 admin fee per person booked on the shuttle. So a $20.00 refund per person booked on the whale tour shuttle.
There are no refunds for any reason, for cancellations within 48 hours of your shuttle booking departure date and time.
